The former is the process of giving IgG antibodies to safeguard against illness while the latter is the process of exposing the body to antigens to bring about an adaptive immune reaction.

It will also discuss the significance of understanding the issue of immunity and why it is important to find a solution to the problem. As already indicated, the immune system is a person’s body’s defense against illnesses and other hazardous invaders (Luo, et al., 2012). It has recently become an issue because without it, one would regularly become ill from germs such as viruses or bacteria. Immunization with vaccines, similar to inherent diseases, encourages long-lived immunity. However, contrary to inherent illness, immunization does not extract such as superior price for immunity (Marshall et al., 2018). In today’s world, it is important to comprehend the issue of immunity and try finding a permanent solution, especially given that today’s lifestyle and health is not similar to how it was in the past. Nowadays, people are eating less healthy and are actually not paying close attention to their lifestyle. It is no wonder that there are increased cases of diabetes, obesity, and cancer.
People fail to realize that without a properly and robust operating immune system, they cannot go about their daily activities as they come into contact with bugs and germs from other individuals, the environment, and pets (Marshall et al., 2018). Lack of a healthy immune system means that one is prone to picking up illnesses and contagious illnesses more easily and the effects could be severe, even fatal. Therefore, a solution needs to be found as soon as possible because the alternatives that are presently in place, are not permanent. For instance, clinicians tend to advice patients to try and minimize their stress levels. Today’s world does not prevent one from experiencing stressful situations, thus making it impossible to adhere to this particular advice.
Community Health Nursing (CHN) is generally concerned with the promotion and safeguarding of the health of the populace (Kulbok et al., 2012). It also occurs in various settings with the inclusion of encouraging health, preventing disease, managing and assessing care of persons, aggregates, families and the community as a whole, restoration, and coordination. Encouraging the health of the community requires numerous plans aimed at improving the setting, preserving enough water and food, reducing the spread of illness, and improving the health knowledge of groups and persons (Luo et al., 2012). Across the world, nurses provide important elements of community health interventions with the inclusion of health education, emergency preparedness and disaster control, and immunization and screening clinics.
It can be argued that nurses in any given environment are committed to the principles of encouraging and safeguarding the health of people. A majority of them take part in informal health encouragement via different techniques during every meeting with an individual and in their daily care of different persons (Marshall et al., 2018). This usually incorporates health education where care is delivered, for instance the utilization of prevention measures to prevent the spread of communicable illnesses (Kulbok, et al., 2012). The work of community health care professionals is quite broad and can be overwhelming. Some of the organizations/agencies or health care experts that can be introduced are private health organizations or agencies, conventional health care providers who may have alternatives on how to boost one’s immunity, and international health experts who may have valuable information regarding the issue.

From what has been discussed above, it is important to have a functional immune system if one wants to remain protected. The main aim of the immune system is to safeguard the body from bacteria and viruses because lack of it means falling regularly ill. Nurses symbolize the largest part of the professional health care workforce. Community health workers in particular contribute to the health of the communities they operate in. where immunization is concerned, nurses are usually the ones directing the way. They are responsible for educating individuals on the advantages and risks of vaccines, in addition to providing care and administering vaccines to people suffering from vaccine preventable illnesses.
