The client base is more than 70 million individuals, and it has spread its operations to more than 125 countries (United Health Group, 2018). The company has a high customer satisfaction, high employer satisfaction rating; it has won awards such as the readers choice, best health plan provider, one of the world's most admired company, first rank in healthcare informatics and best outsourcing provider among other awards and positions (United Health Group, 2018). From this brief analysis, it is observable that the company is highly diversified and rich in information more than I would require for my project.
Greatest challenge
The company has sufficient information to be sourced in defense of this paper. Nonetheless, the greatest limitation relates to the organization of a large amount of data into a form that will be relevant in this paper. The kind of approach will determine the quality of the paper: whether the research will address the entire organization at the corporate level resulting in the analysis of large volume of information or at the country level regarding its operations in a single country.
Thus, I intend to tackle the paper as a large project systematically by considering the advantages of approaching it as a whole organization or branch in a specific country. I prefer the approach because it will make it much simple noting that the local level structure often applies the decisions made at the corporate level and tend to incorporate strategies that are relevant to the local market.
