Nursing is one of the noblest professionals available. Each year the professional attracts a considerable number of the students. Students who pursue Nursing are motivated by several factors. Some of the factors that encourage students to pursue nursing include the desire to help others, opportunity to net income, gain social status, availabilities of various career options, respect one's parent's wishes, and love science and technology nursing. Besides the factors serving as motivators, I think some elements are incompatible with nursing, such as the desire for steady income. Better healthcare provision requires values.
Desire to help others act as a motivator to me to pursue a nursing career. I love nursing due to the prestige that I get by taking care of the patients ( Adams, 2016) . Taking care of the patients to me offers a greater sense of fulfillment and achievement. Also, by serving the patients, I will gain an opportunity to learn more about the background and the culture of the patient. Ever since I was young, I loved helping others. One day, I remember how used to write stories of how I would help the people transform their lives after high school and reach out to nurses to get the real information on how they were helping the patients. Whenever I would see anyone suffering, I would rush there to offer help. To date, everything is constant; helping others is the greatest thing that I can do. I love to see the lives of patients transformed courtesy of my efforts. I enjoy seeing once the sadness or illness changes or turns into happiness, and the relatives express their gratitude. I believe that the most significant reason why God created us is to help others; there is no other higher calling than helping others. My lifetime goal is to transform people, mostly the sick, once to have their standard live back. I will work hard to produce journals that will help the patients in solving their problems.

The value that I believe is incompatible with nursing professionals is the desire for a steady income ( Adams, 2016) . I think that the most significant reason as to why people live is not to get money. The reason for the existence of the people is not to earn money but to solve life-related problems. A person who is intending to study professional nursing should not focus on a steady income. Studying nursing mainly because of constant income sounds to be more selfish; a nurse should be unselfish to deliver the services excellently. The pursuit of selfish gains lowers a person's motivation to expand one knowledge in nursing; hence the performance of such a person will always below. Studying for a steady income in most circumstances does not challenge a nurse to groom oneself with the qualities that a nurse ought to have. Such attributes include kindness and empathy. Since studying nursing encourages selfishness, for this reason, I think study nursing for steady income is incompatible with the nursing profession.
The choice of my values equips me for professional nursing. Helping others should be highly considered for a person studying skilled nursing. I support that a professional nurse should be guided by the need to help others. I discovered that allowing the patients requires being very kind, empathetical, having excellent listening skills, and being very polite; I did fight hard to ensure that I have these qualities. Whenever I am dealing with patients, I always apply them. Due to the above rates, I think my patients would highly recommend me. They would affirm my values because I would give them the most excellent services to change their lives and make them feel esteemed. I think there is some change that I need to make on myself, despite possessing excellent qualities, I am not useful in advising my patients, and I am working hard to see how best I can offer education services to the patients.
