The vulnerable population is the homeless in broward county, Florida, where in most cases they are found in the age bracket of 50 to 100 years. They are more prone to getting infections easily since their body’s immune systems are quite weak therefore, are liable to any disease that may attack them due to unfavorable environmental conditions exposure. The feature that makes the population vulnerable is that they lack stable housing grounds hence, it makes certain functions within their body systems respond slowly (Shepard, 2020). One entails the ability of the body to fight infections that may arise. In most cases once they fall ill, they require frequent monitoring to ensure their health conditions are on the right track. In the homeless population, their demographic features in the modern world are that more than 46 million people is composed of older adults which form about 13% of the overall population in Florida.

The community agency that supports the vulnerable homeless population is the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust that oversees that the interests of the homeless people are well met even during the Coronavirus pandemic. The agency is well committed to protect the underserved poor communities mostly those who are at risk of certain health disparities since they cannot sustain their health demands (Torres and Alsharif, 2016). The experts involved thus present analytic capabilities and solutions to help serve the unique homeless and poor populations.

The Broward Outreach Centers is the basic organization that works closely with the agency to ensure that effective support is given to the population and their families. During the execution of the set programs and other relative objects, the organization ensures that the needs of the vulnerable people are fully met from the set policies. Most plans and other interventions are thus developed to maximize the implementation plans to protect those under risk of lacking proper medical care (Shepard, 2020). Also, other donations have been utilized to help secure the health factors of the homeless people by ensuring that when the COVID 19 infections rise, the homeless people receive proper medical attention to keep their health matters at bay.

I interviewed and contacted James Whitworth the Director of Operations who was the community agency leader by email at jwhitworth@caringplace.org to help in the analysis of the COVID 19 infections that were negatively affecting the vulnerable homeless populations in Florida. Under the community agency it relays certain programs and policies that ensure that the emergency services during certain infections amongst the old and homeless people are well analyzed and taken care of fully (Shepard, 2020). The homeless population hence receives ultimate care services when they fall ill since proper fund allocation is necessitated to cater for such unanticipated emergencies.

The interproffessional collaboration with the community organization leads to critical incident analysis since they both work together for a common goal on sustaining the health standards of the homeless vulnerable population. Most of the incidents affects the vulnerable people of the society hence through the analysis process key attention is driven towards the medical practitioners to assess whether they are qualified to enhance the treatment plans for the homeless population in Florida.

The agency would support the delivery of an education intervention plan that impacts the health of the vulnerable population by ensuring that the medical staff members are fully aware of the health conditions of the homeless people. The feature helps maximize the treatment plans utilized when certain emergencies occur to reduce the death rates that may occur (Daniel, 2020). In ensuring that the staff members receive proper knowledge and skills it necessitates a development plan from where the quality care-based services can be improved in healthcare.

An evidence-based activity to help sustain the health matters of the vulnerable homeless population through education standards is creating awareness on the proper intervention practices to help keep the infection in control. The activities involve self-quarantine when one is at the verge of getting the infection, social distancing at public places within the community, sanitizing, the frequent wearing of masks and washing of hands to maintain hygiene (Daniel, 2020). The education plan informs the homeless people on ways they can incorporate to avoid being victims of the infection rates even at their poor living conditions.

An evidence based COVID 19 related education intervention entail the use of training plans amongst the medical staff to enhance their quality care-based services. The education protocols thus entail how to adopt home care-based services towards the homeless population who are victims of the disease infection (Daniel, 2020). It ensures that proper monitoring of their health factors are well maximized in line with the set medical policies and adaptable plans.

The rationale for the education intervention plan is that only the qualified medical personnel can necessitate the treatment procedures to ensure that the interests and health demands of the vulnerable individuals are fully met.

The education intervention system will help improve the health outcomes of the vulnerable population by ensuring that in situations where the high infection rates arise proper medical care is given to the homeless people to reduce the rate at which they die due to COVID 19.

The method applicable in delivering the education intervention will be the use of training programs where the selected medical staff will be assessed through tests to determine their qualifications level in enhancing the disease treatment (Torres and Alsharif, 2016). We would measure the effectiveness of the education by giving the medical practitioners some tests to test their capability factors when securing the health demands of the people.
