Thirdly, management innovators should invent after dreaming about the new practices, structures and processes in their production line that require changes. In fact, Dr. Julian posits that firms should take the ‘eureka moment’ to change their management practices (Uhl-Bien et al, 2014). Fourthly, upon invention, the management innovators should seek validation of their new practices from both internal and external parties.

Julian emphasizes that the benefits of effectiveness of an innovation can be assessed or measured based on how it changes practices in an organization. Measuring management innovation requires a certain time frame by an organization as changes take time to be effective (You Tube, n.d).
