Response 2

Globalization as a result of growth in technology has proved to be challenging to the assumption of international law and how it relates to domestic laws. Therefore, law department has to look for a way of dealing with implications of these big challenges and come up with a theoretical approach to overcome among other things, globalized corruption, human trafficking, and human rights.

Technology has changed dynamics in how both international laws and global justice operates. There is a general feeling that the justice has been unable to deal with challenges of borderless world and globalization. Technology has itself served as the solution to the same challenges it has brought. The Internet has been a perfect avenue making it easier to fight for human rights and promote global justice 4 . One of the advantages of technology and globalization is where global justice has an immediate result, unlike international law which has to follow along portal to have things done. Therefore global justice is now more popular than international law.

Response 3

International laws are as a result of an agreement made between various nations. They have to be accepted by various nations across borders. International laws are not fair to all nations as they might favor wealthy nations and not poor ones. This means that even though they have been widely accepted across borders, they will not serve fairly to all nations’ party to it. It seems that social issues challenges facing major world powers have led to the preference of global justice over international justice society.

Replacement of internationals laws with globalization justice has numerous benefits. Different nations will perceive a similar case in a very different way as dictated by the legal precedent and justifications of theory respective nations. Global justice has, therefore, come in handy to help nations have common laws that will help in promoting equalization among the society 6 . Global justice is also beneficial to poor nations that have been disadvantaged by the international laws.
