Education and Training Methods.

The application of the mixed-reality technology is the effective training and education method which can be used to optimize human performance. This technology, which entails Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, grants people an opportunity of joining collectively in an active stimulated setting ( Volkow & Howland, 2018) . In this simulated environment created by the mixed-reality technology, the participants can see and interact with each other, irrespective of their different geographical locality. This method contains the capability of dramatically advancing education and training hence optimizing human performance.

Future Aviation Industry

I believe that in today's aviation industry, the simulator instructors, in most cases, have to be present physically to train the learners and identify the fidelity gaps between the aircraft and the simulator. Besides, the physical presence of these instructors is needed to effectively familiarize themselves with the crew, such as air traffic controllers. However, in the future aviation industry, I believe the application of the Mixed Realities, VR or AR will be able to replace the face-to-face training programs and still be effective and improve the human training performance.

Mixed Realities Opportunities

An educator, trainer, curriculum designer, and Presence and Embodiment Chief learning officer can utilize the tools of the mixed-reality technology in creating a cost-effective immersive experience that can engross the trainees or students in modern approaches. Besides, employing these tools facilitates the replacement or enhancement of face-to-face programs and associations. The mixed realities technology has the potential of facilitating kinesthetic and visual styles of learning in more advanced ways compared to the traditional methods.

Job Aids and Emerging Technologies

Social VR is a job aid and emerging technology supporting training and igniting creativity by improving the communication of the distributed workforce. It offers an effective platform where everyone is brought to a single central virtual headquarter, as argued by Volkow and Howland (2018). In the training sector, the social VR supports fluidity in buttressing diverse-sized conventions, thus igniting the creativity of the employees and supporting training.
