c) , d) The admission requirements in the order of selected schools and respective programs;

According to SDSU’s website, students must submit transcripts from their previous institutions. They must have attained a GMAT score of around 620. GRE and GPA are also significant factors for admittance. GRE scores should fall within the 65th percentile because the institution rarely admits students below the 26th percentile in test scores. The GPA for domestic students must be 2.85, while it should be at least 3.00 on the 4.00 scale for international students. The students must upload documents that state their current career goals, and how the degree from SDSU will help to achieve them. Work experience is not a requirement, but the application will be competitive if the applicant has at least 2 years of professional work experience ("FAQs | Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations | San Jose State University", 2018) .

According to ULV’s website, students must have a degree from an acceptable institution. They must send three reference letters to the school. They should possess a GPA overall score of 2.75 or 3.00 in the previous semester hours of undergraduate study. They must have satisfactory scores in GRE and GMAT. MBA in San Diego State University; for the full-time residents of California, the fee is $29938, that is, $7223 per semester, for 12 units. Part-time students pay $35, 678, that is $4, 283 per semester, for 6 units. Non-California, full-time students pay $47, 758; $11,687 per semester. The part-time students are supposed to pay $53, 498; $6515 per semester for six units.

The MPA graduate students in ULV pay $18 per semester. The new students are supposed to pay $35 one-time fee ("University of Nevada, Las Vegas", 2018) .

Graduate students in SJSU pay $396 per unit. The graduate professional students are charged $270 per unit as the school fee.

f) Students who pursue MPA are preparing to work in the public sectors and the non-profit organizations such as schools and hospitals. It offers an excellent set of skills including financial and managerial skills, sociology, law, as well as public policy. Someone who is more interested in leadership roles in federal bureaucracy fits the MPA sector.

Advantages

• It is suitable for those who are interested in the non-measurable because it focuses on nonprofits.

• It leads organizations to make the world better, and not just about profits because it majorly studies the market failures.

Disadvantages

• Nonprofits focus on social missions. They do not offer skills on how to make a profit in life

On the other hand, MBA is more for those who are interested in the private and modern business sectors. Much of it deals with accounting, sales, and marketing, as well as how to deal with a competitive business arena.

Advantages

• The study of it helps an individual to acquire skills that will benefit an organization to make profits. Businesses are interested in making the most amount of money.

Disadvantage

• It does not focus on social responsibility, so, the most beneficiaries are organizations.

Hospitality management is among the largest industries in the national and global contexts. The sector includes a theme park, restaurants, lodging, cruise line, and event plan. It mostly depends on the availability of disposable income, as well as leisure time. It covers a broad range of organizations that offer accommodation and food service. The industry is divided into gaming, recreation and entertainment, food and beverage, accommodation, meeting and events, visitor information, and tourism services (Kusluvan et al., 2010).

Advantages

• It has more entry-level positions than MBA and MPA.

• Workers in the higher positions have good prospects

• The personality is presentable, with good teamwork

Disadvantages

• Their blogs are challenging to maintain although they are easy to start.

• Some published blogs could damage the business’s reputation (Kusluvan et al., 2010).

g) I choose hospitality management because of its various impacts on both the individual and social environments. The junior roles can provide candidates with important experience for career advancement in the industry. Skills are transferable, that is, they can be used across different roles in the hospitality industry. The field is everywhere. It is in all the cities around the world. Interacting with new people is fantastic. There is a good prospect for someone at a higher rank.
