RE: HUMAN RESOURCE PROPOSAL

The primary purpose of the proposal is to guide Whole Foods in its quest to operate favorably in the global market. Whole Foods has already established itself in the market by operating under a unique business model that entails the sale of foods that do not have additives or preservatives which places it at a platform to penetrate the international market (Rice & White, 2015). The best strategy that the company can therefore use is to embrace diversity to smoothen the penetration into the global market (Keillor, 2013). The proposal targets the human resources of Whole Foods specifically in the treatment of the workers reasonably regardless of their racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds to boost its public image (Keillor, 2013). In the process of embracing diversity among the employees of Whole Foods, the company will ensure that all the customers of the company have also received proper treatment that is free from bias.

The implementation of the human resources proposal will be procedural. The first step in the implementation will be the motivation of the employees to perform optimally (Mathur, 2010). The optimal performance of the employees will be targeted towards the relationship of an employee to the others and the relationship between the employees and the customers in the various countries across the world (Mathur, 2010). Secondly, the implementation will involve the training of the employees to work comfortably and efficiently on the emergent technology (Rice & White, 2015). The globalization of the company will be an essential step in the diversity of the workforce while technology is one of the most crucial factors influencing the diversity of the workforce (Mathur, 2010). The implementation of technology and training the employees at Whole Foods will lead to the increased diversity, which will be the next step that the implementation of the proposal will target (Rice & White, 2015).

The implementation of the human resource proposal at Whole Foods places the company in a global business surrounding that is increasingly competitive compared to the past (Mathur, 2010). Therefore, in the embrace of diversity within the company, the inclusivity of the employees and the increase in technological advancement will enable Whole Foods to scale to greater heights than it has been in the past.
