Summary

During the week, I review the Bill of Rights amendment to articulate how effective the bill was to the United States citizens. Also, I checked the electoral process and what it takes to run a campaign before playing the white house. However, a concern can come up about the presidential and senate office term. Both of them are so different since the president has four years office term, and the senator has six years of office. What lead the state to choose these terms, and why can't the time be standardized?

Anti-Federalist Song

The amendment that would be left out is the freedom of owning a gun. Such is because guns are a threat to national security, and not everyone has the right to own one. Life is sacred and needs to be protected, and therefore giving citizens the right to own a gun could violate the right to life. They, holding a gun, should not be part of the Bill of Rights.

Bill of Rights

Bill of Rights is essential to the citizens since it presents a foundation for protecting human freedoms, including freedom of speech, assembly, religion, and due process of law. Bill of Rights shaped this freedom since this freedom was restricted and debated for the longest time. Without the Bill of Right, the constitution will be limiting since the citizens will not be aware of their rights and liberties which means one could be charged with a crime that according to the bill of right, it is not wrong. For example, experiences someone opinions which could challenge someone.
