Policies to improve work for the old people in America may be divided into two sets; those that gather information and correct the problems faced by the old people in the work force, and policies that propose adequate pension for the affected through the expansion of social security (Ghilarducci, 2019).

To address the issue, the article first identified the causes of the problem before proposing solutions to the problem.
