It is crucial to promote racial diversity in admissions because it is the 21st century and both times and the nation have changed. More births in the country are now becoming babies of color. The babies of color are tomorrow leaders, and that should be reflected in schools and colleges. It is important to promote racial diversity in colleges since variety can encourage competitiveness and innovation. 

Racial diversity can is important since it can reduce the racial discrimination that has been a problem in the nation for quite some time. Enabling interactions at an early age will help in overcoming racial discrimination. Therefore, it is important for colleges to promote ethnic diversity in the admission process. Admission of students considering racial diversity has a more significant influence on racial issues than policies of race neutralization.

Diversity in colleges will benefit students, learning with people from different backgrounds will encourage and foster innovation and critical thinking skills will be bolstered. It is important for students to learn that people are equal regardless of their race or background. Mastering this concept at the college level will help in reducing cases of racial discrimination and issues related. Encouraging racial diversity in college admission is working towards and investing in the future workforce of the country. Black people and other minority races in the U.S constitutes 36 percent of the workforce in America, and the numbers are still growing; therefore, it is essential for colleges and universities to admit students considering racial diversity. Diversity is one way to foster peace and unite people. Colleges and Universities, therefore, need to encourage racial diversity in their admission to avoid their college or university from being labeled since racial discrimination is against the constitution.
