Yes, women can be ministers because there is no prohibition in the Bible that prohibits them to be ministers. Women who have the ability to spread the good news should do so because both men and women serve the same God and all God’s children are equal. They all empowered by God’s spirit to perform his work (Brauch, 1989).
Women can also be teachers of men in church settings. A teacher is one who has greater knowledge over an issue and shares the knowledge another person who has less of it and needs to acquire some, a student. Women who have knowledge of God’s teachings should be able to teach others, including men in church settings.

Although Paul did not explicitly point to his belief in humans being created equal, he did not reject the idea either. He frequently pointed to the fact that all humans are united through Christ, an indication he believed in some kind of equality.
Today church while different from the early church still bears a lot of similarities with the early church. In the early church, both men and women served the congregation. In the modern church, both men and women still serve the congregation in different capacities, although there is a lot of debate and controversy on whether women should be able to serve in such capacities. However, based on my experience of the modern church I support Paul's idea of human equality since all are created by the same God and are united through Christ. However, I do not agree with the idea some women cannot teach adults because they cannot be a teacher to men. Women who qualify to teach the congregation should be able to teach both men and women. Qualification should be the merit, not the gender.
