This is a consensus paper of a research study highlighting the suffering borne by women who experience postpartum depression after childbirth. The research topic was assigned to our group for a study on women care as a health concern in various communities. Our team worked together online to contribute to the research on postpartum depression. The study framework was subdivided into two sections: poster slide design and the literature part. The poster slide preparation was designated to one individual while two of us handled the literature review.
It will be understood that postpartum depression is a universal problem which is more severe than it looks and strikes in silence. It is a kind of lowliness accompanying the afterbirth by women. The low mood is too strong and characterized by strong emotions which have an effect of destructing a mother from a normal daily life soon after giving birth. Some of the symptoms of this depression are abnormal feeding trends, crying; day and night sleep disorder, a feel of dejection and worthlessness as well as a marked restlessness.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Though virtual, online leadership and teamwork operate just like in the real world. Bringing members together, assigning duties and responsibilities and admonishing the group are important roles adjudicated by the team leader. In reality, accomplishing these tasks does not come easier; it calls for diplomatic ability to do it. Various items of the study were agreed upon, and each member apportioned a task to carry out in coming up with a research outline. A variety of components of postpartum depression would be laid down, and each team member comes up with a drawn plan for the execution of the subject matter.
Like any other virtual operation, online studying has its own setbacks more so when it involves a number of members of a team. Each team member vested with responsibility in the research study had to marshal the required resources by bringing a contribution to the table. It cost a lot to fulfill the responsibility. Considering the lengthy consultations, divergent views and opinions coming down to a consensus required a lot of ground ceding and content. Time was another factor which is hardly on anyone’s side.
