Business culture is paramount for the success of any business organization. Usually, a company culture encompasses the unique psychological and social environment and has a notable impact on how people interact. Most notably, company culture is a representation of the beliefs, collective values, and principles that organizations hold. The business culture at Zappos is considerably striking and potentially holds the success of the company. Such a conclusion is advised by the fact that the business culture at Zappos is founded on having a customer and employee satisfaction (“ Zappos Company Culture”, 2008) . It is worth mentioning that employees and customers are key drivers of organizational success.
The company engages employees in training about handling customers thus ensuring that no single department deviates from the culture that Zappos aims at building (“ Zappos Company Culture”, 2008) . Additionally, Zappos is working to create a family-like business environment where employees feel that they are part of a large family which will boost employee satisfaction. By providing free food and having competitions within departments Zappos makes employees feel appreciated.

In future, other companies may follow in the footsteps of Zappos and create organizational cultures that promote employee satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty. As such, organizations will be able to reap the benefits that accrue from a positive organizational culture.
In my opinion, Xerox is the company I think would require the organizational culture similar to Zappos. Xerox has been cited as a company where employees are significantly dissatisfied with their jobs culminating into reduced morale as well as lacking confidence with the company leadership (Comen, Stebbins, & Frohlich, 2016) . The effect of employee dissatisfaction is evident in declining sales in recent years. Therefore, to revive the company's success, there is a need to adopt an organizational culture that motivates employees.
