Concept A: Financing
In the readings, there are various conditions which require the success of any organization. It is clear that financing is a major influence on the activities of an organisation. For instance, in the first reading on Domestic Tourism, the existence and success of the Phinehas Priesthood as heavily determined by financing. Where the group was unable to finance its cause, its success was limited and gradually failed. Identification of finances is thus an important concept to consider.
In my professional discipline, it is important to identify the various sources of finances. For any activity to be successful, it must be backed up by certain factors, at the top being finances. Where it is impossible to attain finances to support the cause, then failure may ultimately follow through. All the readings have provided an issue of financing where agencies and other professional, or terrorism bodies first determine the avenue of finances before they proceed to conduct their activities.

Concept B: Organization
From the readings, a concept that is highly exercised and emphasized is organization. In the FBI, there is claimed to be inadequate organization hence the reason why they are unable to provide security and rely on smaller agencies. In addition, terrorist groups also seek organization in their operations to ensure they are successful in their attacks.
In my professional discipline, it is evident that one has to be organized. Being able to monitor all of the operations of the company requires a core system that accounts for all the activities and operations within the reach of the organization. Having adequate technology and techniques which aid in this management also aid in the same. From the readings, the success of both the Protective agencies and terrorism agencies has heavily relied on organization within the groups. Planning and monitoring activities to either capture or safeguard persons of interest requires a key system of information flow and monitoring that can only be acquired through organization of every operational activity within the organization.
