Conflicts among the members of the community are normally inevitable. These conflicts can arise due to misunderstanding among people or even misinterpretations of some statements uttered by the members of the community. Conflicts can also occur due to differences in religious values. The results of the disputes can lead to some of the people choosing very wrong courses of actions while a few of them can choose courses of actions that are not vital to either themselves or to every person who is involved in the misunderstanding.
An example of a conflict in our communities is when one member of the community, out of anger, uses abusive words to refer to another member of the community. When the other member realizes that they have been abused, they might either decide to abuse back the other member of the community or to forgive he abusive member and maybe go further to explain to them on the disadvantages of using insulting words to refer to another person. Looking at the first course of action, we realize that it can even lead to physically fighting which results in injuries or even death. This kind of instances has been portrayed in the bible whereby we see that Jacob and Esau got into a conflict which led to Jacob leaving his family and his home for the sole purpose of evading Esau's treats which proved to be murderous.
