In avoiding the project's issues, the team should have developed a clear plan to carry out the project by setting objectives and goals. They should have structured and coordinated the work that needed to be done to fulfill the plan. The project managers should have mobilized the team members to enhance their productivity. The team should also monitor the project progress to ensure it is in-line with its objective and time limits. They should also have analyzed the project accomplishments with the quality set in while planning and using the change base results. Good coordination between team members would ensure the smooth running of the project.
The funding source could have helped the project team develop an appropriate plan that would enable them to meet the required goal. It should have helped them manage the resources required to carry out the plan and help them deliver their results and evaluation.
