Drastic changes were visible in the quality of the word I wrote. There was no improvement at all when I swapped my style from condition 1 to condition 5. When I swapped to using my wrist, at first, I could barely write a letter, but after getting the best grip on the pencil I had, I managed to write the phrase. It was the least admirable handwriting of all of them. I would say it would score a zero when compared to the one I wrote with my dominant hand. There was a sketchy reflection of the first well-written word when I placed the papers against each other on the window. I took longer to write (21 seconds), during my first trial by the wrist. On the second trial, I did better at 17 seconds. My average speed time when writing by the wrist was 14 seconds as compared to the 12 seconds average of writing by the dominant hand. As we swapped to use the non-dominant hand, the teeth, and the foot, we took a relatively long time to write the word at averages of 14.33, 13.19, and 13.11 seconds respectively.

Stressing and a ton of exertion are utilized when attempting to accomplish an engine reflection by completing an abnormal practice by the muscles. It was challenging to perform new engine developments during the main preliminaries because the muscles were not prepared for the new capacity they were getting. After the primary preliminaries, time demonstrated that the muscles had begun adjusting to the new capabilities they were getting. This is because the developments were currently put away in mind and could without much of a stretch be called to execute the capacities. These outcomes were an ideal match for our desires. We realized we would encounter a lot of trouble attempting to write the palindrome expression, especially when utilizing the different muscles of the body.
