Year by year, the level of carbon monoxide and other green gasses in the air that causes the rise in temperatures to continue to rise. Governments tend to be slow at changing policies and regulations because they believe that environmentally friendly products are a strain on the economy. Besides, other governments tend to think that global environmental changes are too significant for anyone to do anything and change it. For many influential people who own companies, global warming and the expensive consequences that result from it are contrary to their wish. The drive and craving of profits and prosperity hinder the world as a whole from the curb the issue of global warming. The majority of entities are not willing to invest a fortune in cleaning the air and other waste products that contribute to the release of the green gases. Other entities go to the extent of assuming the set policies of the government for the sake of producing products and making profits.
As Al Gore urges Americans at the end of the movie, everyone needs to continue doing the great deeds, which include reducing air pollution. Industries and motor companies should switch to the use of more green energy than diesel. Besides, individuals can also help in fighting against the challenges brought about by global warming. Consumptions, landscaping, and home energy play a critical role in contributing to the issue. Among activities that individuals can contribute to recommending global warming include reducing the use of cool roofs, application of heat reflective paints, lowering of heater temperatures, and improving the efficiency of cooling and heating. A collaboration between the government, organizations, and individuals can help bring the problem of global warming to an end.
