Henry et al. (2015) discuss the various important skills in business leadership across the world. The authors have discussed the measures that each manager of any given organization should apply when dealing with other employees in the company in the article. Henry et al. (2015) argue that the application of the principles of management in any company aids the process of maximum output among the employees. The authors argue that the most critical step of management is the creation of a working environment such that workers feel free while at work. When it comes to leadership of any business, the authors argue that the manager should consider the issue of gender balance based on the performance of the given person. In addition, the authors note that it is important that a manager knows the various techniques of handling problems related to workers relation in the organization. The article by Henry et al. (2015) is a scholarly article since it depends on other academic sources to discuss the various issues related to business leadership and management. In my research, the article would assist me in knowing the important issues related to management as well as leadership skills required for success in an enterprise.

Bird and Mendenhall (2016) center their discussion on the various crucial points related to managing people from diverse cultures. The process of management in any process is met with many challenges due to the need of controlling people from diverse backgrounds. The fact that each person is shaped in a different environment contributes to the difference in behavior. Therefore, while in one place. People having different ways of understanding and taking orders in an organization can result in difficult situations is not managed effectively. In addition, the companies that have employed people from different countries need to have managers with high skills in management to prevent the failure of the organization. If a manager does not have the skills of understanding the difference in people perception depending on the part of the world that he/she comes from, the delegation of duties might turn out to be poor thus affecting the overall productivity of the enterprise. Due to the appropriate citation and the good presentation of points in the article, it is clear that it is a scholarly journal article. The various important points about cross-cultural management are critical to my research due to the leadership skills presented.

Klarsfeld et al. (2014) argue in their article that people from different places have diverse ways of understanding issues as well as solving the emerging problems in given situations. Each person has a unique perspective concerning a given issue. As such, the article aims at making an understanding of how people differ in thoughts as well as the effective ways of dealing with such issues in case they arise at work. Additionally, the authors point out that it is critical for any manager to understand that not every person will work to his/her expectations due to the difference in places of growth. Therefore, the article aims at providing readers with the techniques of handling people from different cultures, which is vital to any business. The article is scholarly since it relies on various sources before the publication of the points. In addition, the fact that the authors abide by the rule of citation gives the article academic authenticity, which makes it ideal for research purposes.
