This article features a study conducted in Netherlands which sought to determine the perception of the use of technology in teaching post graduate educators. The research involved both qualitative and quantitative researches on 111 teacher educators. The research problem was that, despite the prevalence of technology in post graduate teacher education programs, the technology being applied was more conventional and there was less use of advanced technology. The results of the study indicated that female teachers and more experienced teachers were more likely to use technology in teaching than their male and less experienced counterparts. It was also discovered that in the decision to use technology, a teacher would assess the efficiency of the hardware of the technology to improve teaching.

The research problem that this paper sought to address was the effects of time management behavior on student performance. The research was conducted on 85 South Korean students in a women’s university. The paper addresses the factors that determine student performance with regards to online studies. The results indicated that where students use the available online resources effectively, this increased their performance. Additionally, it was observed that the online behavior of the student could be used to predict and determine the student’s future performance and the improvement on these predictive variables could as well improve performance.
