Applied behavioral analysis (ABA) is a discipline which utilizes the principles of analysis of behavior to steadily improve socially important conduct and experimentation is utilized in outlining factors affecting behavior change. Another value is that they need to observe boundaries of competence and these are their areas of training, experience and education. ABA analysts are also obliged to maintain integrity by being saying the truth and being honest in order to impart the same values in others. Michigan do not give specific license for a behavioral analyst instead it uses the public health policy act 368 which explains that all behavioral analysts should obtain psychology licenses under the existing laws in this category which include; one must have doctoral degree in psychology, must have completed an internship program and completed a period of monitored internship. Similarly, they should excel in standard national tests in psychological. Finally, they should submit an application for a license with the state board of psychology.
