In order to ensure that employee response is maintained effectively in a bank teller industry, a working schedule is drawn to help employees rotate on their shifts while maintaining their required duties. Although Mondays and Fridays were considered the most tiresome days, equal response to the shifts will ensure that each employee work sto a maximum of 45 hours every week and can carry out additional overtime work if required.
The schedule is as follows:
Time | Schedule |
7:00 am – 9:00 am | Processing of night drops from business account. |
9:00 am – 10:00 am | Summation of previous accounts |
10:00 am - 1:00 pm | Service to clients |
1:00 pm- 2:00 pm | Lunch break |
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Service to clients |
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm | Overwork time (If necessary) |
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Employees should ensure they interchange the morning and evening shifts regularly after every two weeks. This will ensure that no employee works over time as overwork has been found to result into employee stress and other health problems which include depression, impaired sleep, diabetes, heavy drinking, heart disease and impaired memory. This can be stipulated from studies carried out by Marianna Virtanen of Finnish Institute of Occupational Health together with her colleagues. Overworking of employees may pose a problem for company’s bottom line with an increase of absenteeism and increased health insurance costs (Carmichael 2915)
