Being a scholar
Our day to day activities is highly faced with great destructions that hider them from being accomplished. Additionally, the destructions result into extending the period to accomplish our daily goals. To begin with, there are several benefits for any scholar to have and practice the idea of self–care ( Brown 2011 ). More so, the idea of self-discipline is of great effort. Self-discipline will help to realize the weight of the laid down goals and the proper way to achieve them. However, there is the need to understand the dangers posed by the destructions and the best way to start from the scratch is by having total self-discipline. In addition to the above, having a clear intention of what one wants to do is a clear and more straightforward opportunity to nature the self-discipline in us. On the contrary, having written down plan will limit the destructions as the activities in the written paper are adhered to.
Part B
The concept of Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
A substance use disorder is a series of continuous substances used that leads to stress or impairment. In addition to the above statement, substance use disorder, which can be termed as a drug use disorder as well, is a condition in which an individual uses one or more toxic substances which results into distress or a clinical impairment ( Drug Poisoning Project 2011 ). In addition to this, 11 criteria determine this condition, however, if individual meets four of the eleven criteria, his or her status can be regarded as a server condition. There are several symptoms of the substance use disorder, to begin with, the tolerance, which is a condition in which an individual requires more of the same substance to get the same and similar effect. Lastly, the withdrawal, which leads to the effects especially for the first time when an individual takes the substance. On the contrary, the individual can also experience other server symptoms such as failing to fulfill major obligations due to the excessive consumption of alcohol or other in toxic substances.
