While defining behavioral healthcare management, it consists of an array of mental health care providers ranging from therapists, doctors, and hospitals. More often than not, the leaders’ role includes contributing to the realization of the organization's visions (Wyland, 2012). For instance, engaging staff members in decision making. Given the complexity of a mental health organization, managing it presents several challenges. To mention a few, the lack of Information Technology limits health caregivers in ensuring safe and coordinated storage, as well as access to patient's records (Smith, 2009). More so, socioeconomic factors restrict the access of mental health ideally to those in need and cannot afford the services. Nonetheless, mental health care career is attributed to several facets.

Correspondingly, the health care system is relatable to several facets. Primarily, health care facilities are divided categorically into non-profit, profitable and government facilities. The three settings differ in their approach to realizing profits (Smith, 2009). The interviewee mentioned the existence of tension between the quality of services and profit margins. While there is a seemingly high possibility for profit organizations to compromise the quality of service to maximize profits, the other two have little concern for financial gains (Wyland, 2012). Nonetheless, quality analysis techniques are similar in the three settings with questionnaires and surveys filled by patients being used frequently. Remarkably, the strengths and weaknesses of a leader impact the facility's functioning.

Contrary to a self-employed health care worker, the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) is conducted regularly. In consequence, my strengths incline to the ability to offer a variety of services in the health care department. While non-profit organizations show diversity in services they offer, this complements my strength (Wyland, 2012). Similarly, demonstrating leadership in diverse fields enhances my capability in contributing to the organization’s growth. On the other hand, being disorganized is a trait I will simultaneously denote as my weakness and most significant challenge. Nonetheless, labelling of cabinets and patients' file is a strategy I am utilizing to navigate through my challenge.
