Working in a team is very important as various talents are pooled together for a single purpose hence higher productivity rate. Additionally, a team is very beneficial as it encourages team members to learn new skills from each other. This is due to the fact that people have diverse skills hence can easily help each other acquire certain skills. When working alone, there are often some problems that tend to become a problem, however, when working in a team, it is easier to share ideas thereby finding a solution to certain complex and important problems (Carr, 1996).
Teammate reviewing my proposal
When a team mate reviewed my proposal, it was a wonderful experience as I got adequate help from my teammate. I was corrected on the parts that I had made mistakes; I was able to learn quickly since we trusted each other.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
How I used the feedback I received
The feedback I got from my teammate helped me a lot as I was able to quickly use the feedback to major on the points I was wrong thereby correcting them (Bush, 2003). The feedback was relatively negative but since we had developed some level of trust and work relation, I was able to take it positively. This gave the opportunity to polish on my skills on proposals.
How providing feedback to others enhanced my project
Through providing feedback to other teammates, I became good at that particular field. This gave me the opportunity to revise my work effectively and appropriately. Tutoring others is a way of bettering ones’ skills thereby becoming even better than I was and at the same time ensuring my teammate gets to learn something new about the project. Teams are important and should be encouraged for effectiveness and efficiency.
