The analysis of new biodiversity regulations provides comprehensive new changes in the management of resources around the world. Biodiversity is variance noted in the living organism from an aquatic system, marine, and terrestrial systems with ecological complexions. Many species within diversity need protection. Failure to protect certain species can lead to extinction; thus, intergovernmental agencies, Non-governmental agencies, and countries around through United Nations develop policies and strategies to protect the environment with an interest to protect rare species from extinction. Many countries boast of rare species since they are kept in museums to attract more tourists. World life is a source of income for some countries; hence they have put in place conservation policies to protect rare species. Environmentalist applies rules and regulations for effective service delivery. Biodiversity Conservation Act has new regulations to cover issues on biodiversity conservation matters that were not dealt with in the World Conservation Act. The new changes focus on issues such as ecological communities, critical habitats, and threatening processes guarded against interference (Brockerhoff et al. 2017). The latest change enhances the improved protection of endangered species with the imposition of a high penalty for perpetrators. The policies outline hefty repercussions for those who prefer who are preferred. The new policies introduced include the use of licenses as a mechanism to protect biodiversity and ensure that rare species are taken into consideration as endangered species. There has introduced an online application for the use of certain parks, thus enhancing critical management of issues in the organization. There has been the introduction of a biodiversity conservation program on the feeding of wildlife, sandalwood supply, and world life rehabilitation (Brockerhoff et al. 2017). The license which has expired is renewed online quickly for efficient service delivery. The analysis of the information provides new changes which management needs to take into consideration.
