The following clients are likely to influence the consulting project affecting its effectiveness, pace, decision making and data collection. Contact clients include individuals who make the initial contact to the business with requests, inquiries, and issues concerning skin care and spa services. They are responsible for creating the initial contacts and negotiating the terms. They collect data on business offering and engage the service providers. Another category is the intermediate clients who join after the initial agreement with the first client have been signed and the business is in the process of offering the service. The third category is the primary clients. They are directly involved in the entire process as they are the main consumers of the services offered by the business. They support the operation of the business. The ultimate client includes all the people affected by the business while the involved non-client is any other client that can affect the business. They include competitors, government entities, and financial institutions.

Two examples of processes related to the body care and spa services include massage and applying skin care products. In providing massage services, the process involved includes assessing and evaluating then planning for the care followed by treatment and reassessment and revaluation. The health messages are then documenting and finally closure. There is a recommended process in the application of skin care products that once followed leads to better results. The process involves a series of steps starting with the cleanser to remove oil and dirt using a facial cleanser. The next step is to apply a toner followed by spot treatment then by a serum. Once complete, eye cream is applied and then a moisturizer or face oil is used. The sequence allows the skin to absorb nutrients. Different products are used depending on the nature of the skin which might be dry, normal or oily. Similarly, the process changes depending on whether it is day or night. During the day, sunscreen is applied after the third step yet if it is at night, the six stages should be accomplished.
