Additionally, some of the organizations do not treat the poisonous gasses that are emitted from their industries. Also, through globalization, there has been an increase in the cases of sexual harassment amongst workers. Leaders through communication systems can threaten their employees so as to agree with their terms, which are against the moral code of conduct. That can affect organizational productivity, which can result due to an increase in worker demotivation.
Christian World View of Code of Ethics
Code of ethics according to the Christians is to do what is right according to the commandments of God ( Harris & Yancey, 2017) . A person should identify what conforms and what does not conform to God’s character. Therefore, if an individual can obey God’s moral order, he or she will have the capability to identify what is right and wrong. That is basically because God’s moral law is the primary source of morality in humans ( Harris & Yancey, 2017) .
Despite the worldwide support by Christians concerning God’s moral law, some code of ethics is unacceptable in an international context. The main reason for the disagreements is that some churches have come up with their code of ethics, which increases discrimination amongst people in the society. For instance, the issue of referring the client to another client if unable to offer them quality products or services in an organization is considered as not important because no team will accept to lose their customers. Meaning that while some Christian code ethics are agreeable by all, some are totally not acceptable by a particular group of people ( Harris & Yancey, 2017) .
