Future Communication Issues
The future of communication is based on an integrated system of business communication, which combines different methods of communication for the eventual conveyance of important organizational messages ( Kitchen & Burgmann, 2015) . The future of business communication is predicted to be faced with different issues related to the adoption of sound communication skills that determine the effectiveness of messages being passed between the interacting parties. It will be very difficult for managers to develop the required listening skills as they will not have time to sit and listen to all stakeholders including the employees and customers. On the other hand, technological innovation will mean that there are diversified methods of communication such as the email, fax and intranet forms of messaging ( Rush, 2016) . The diversification in communication will bring about issues such as emotions that can result in drama and dissent in the organizational context. Moreover, technology will be misleading since the executives will not have the opportunity of reading other forms of communication such as tone, posture and facial expression ( White, 2015) . The technological forms of communication may also be misleading if the messages are misinterpreted. The use of technology as a tool of communication will also eliminate the essence of meetings, which will mean that employees will lack the avenues that can provide personal input and a platform for sharing of opinions.
The complexity of the Future of Communication
The future of business communication will become simpler with the advent of technological innovation. It is evident that the technological tools will offer people with faster and easier modes of communication as compared to the conventional systems of communication. For instance, instant messaging will replace business letters that are ferried via posts, while video conferences will replace the current board meetings ( Kitchen & Burgmann, 2015) . People will be able to communicate at any time they want, while the location barrier will be eliminated. The system of communication will also be integrated due to the development of computing clouds, where a single message can be shared instantly by the members within a single cloud. Moreover, the technology-enabled features such as authorization codes will mean that there is confidentiality of the messages being passed across between the sender and the recipient ( White, 2015) . The well-integrated communication systems that are supported by technology will play a vital role in directing and controlling the functions in business organizations. For instance, the company websites will be used to share information on various projects, where each member will have the opportunity of sharing his or her input ( Rush, 2016) . On the other hand, it will be easier for the company manager to assess the level of performance in a business company by looking at the number of views of the current products on the webpage as opposed to the conventional means of meetings with the customers. The internet will also mean that more people will access the products within a business company over a short period as compared to the conventional modes of advertisement of products.

Role of Technology in Communication of Thoughts and Ideas
Technology will play an important role in the communication of thoughts and ideas. Since communication involves exchanging of ideas, thoughts, and information in the form of written, spoken and other mediums, technology will be the platform for this exchange. Technology is a form of advancement in the exchange of ideas and thoughts ( Kitchen & Burgmann, 2015) . For instance, integrated databases will be used for storage of data for multiple applications, where they will integrate the data including ideas and thoughts across these applications. The stored data can be retrieved for use by a single or multiple users, which will define the process of sharing of those stored ideas and thoughts. The integrated databases will be based on a schema that will take all its client applications into account ( Rush, 2016) . This will allow the sender and the recipient of the data to share ideas and thoughts on similar or different servers. The databases will also allow for communication feedback, where the recipient can respond to the commands given by the sender, which is also a form of information sharing.
Strategies of Resolving the Information Gap
Solving the information gap between generations, cultures, income level and education will involve the implementation of training programs. It is evident that training programs are vital in imparting the vital communication skills, which can create a leveled platform for sending and retrieving messages being communicated. On the other hand, the information gap can be resolved by understanding the variations between the needs of each of these groups. Understanding the variations in the needs is vital as it helps in coming up with strategic ways of sending messages according to the needs of each group ( Rush, 2016) . For instance, the organizations should communicate messages to various groups depending on their levels of understanding while addressing constraints such as language barrier and levels of technological know-how.
Personal Philosophy
The future of integration of systems of communication in business will be helpful in the provision of simpler communication capabilities to the people in organizations ( Kitchen & Burgmann, 2015) . This integration will mean that business companies will effectively manage their activities, which will positively impact the organizational levels of performance. Integrated business communication will be applicable to various communication concepts in various fields of application including marketing, public relations, and human resource management. Advancement in technology will, therefore, help business companies to adopt effective channels of communication, which will aid in effective planning, execution, and evaluation of performance. Companies will be put under one cloud, which will increase the proclivity of managing information across business organizations.
