As the human resource manager of the TechFite Company in Delbert, we all agree that the company is going through some financial difficulties as it tries to stabilize in the new area of operation. In order to effectively engage each one of us in the daily activities of the company, three primary policies have been put in place. Firstly we will work with every employee to achieve the business's goals. Secondly, the company managers will meet with employees on a quarterly basis, and lastly the introduction of a bonus scheme.

Firstly, as a company that values collaboration in the workplace, we are going to work hand in hand with every employee in the enterprise to meet our goals and objectives effectively. Secondly, our company values our employees' views, and therefore, the managers have developed plans to meet with staff on a quarterly basis in order to evaluate the business progress towards the set goals and provide valuable suggestion to improve the company status. Lastly, empower and motive our employees despite the financial strains, we have introduced a bonus scheme which will give bonus to each employee at the end of each fiscal year. The company will also provide employees with forty hours per week for every employee as promised.

One of the ethical issues at stake due to the above policies is the discrimination on bonus rewards. In this case, the top executive officers are already receiving more bonuses at the expense of other employees' salaries and benefits. Also, there is a waste of resources with excess bonuses offered to few executive officers which could otherwise be used in developing the company. The employees are entitled to salaries under the labor law, and incentives are provided by the institution to motivate them, hence, the bonus is not a legal claim for employees.

One major duty of an ethical officer, in this case, will be to distribute the new policies and support forms and acknowledgments. Additionally, the offer will ensure that the systems meet the company's ethics and culture (D'Aquila, 2011).

Every company has a duty to give back to the society where it is operating from directly or indirectly (Fimbel & Burstein, 2013). In this case, TechFite Company wants to be part of the community by providing youth leadership programs, funding community events and contributing towards the development of infrastructure. Despite the financial challenges the company can still engage in community activities in various ways in order to create a good company image which will in turn influence the success of the enterprise. Also, community involvement leads to community ownership of the business which is essential for the facilitating acceptance of the business in the community (D'Aquila, 2011).

Some of the plans set aside to promote business involvement include urging the employees to make a weekly donation of minimumly$5 which will at the end of the year be channeled to the community to help in providing services such as lunch for public schools. Secondly, the company will take part in a marathon whereby the employees will be collect funds to facilitate the marathon, and the winner of the marathon will be reward with some funds. Lastly, TechFite Company will be involved in the recycling of waste from the business that can be used to produce other products. In this case, the company will help in preserving the environment which is ethical (Fimbel & Burstein, 2013).

It is ethical for a company to give back to the society so as to improve the daily lives of the members of that particular community. TechFite Company will be involved in social events such as the marathon to raise money to utilize in providing better services in schools, health institutions or used to improve the infrastructure. Also, it is ethical for the company to perverse and enhances the environment by engaging in activities that do not pollute the environment which in turn leads to health problems. In this case, the company is involved in recycling of recyclable wastes to utilize the available resources efficiently and also to prevent environmental pollution.
