I will also conduct personal studies on the current skills and expertise required in my field using the internet (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, & Wright, 2017). I will then put the new skills into practice in the place of work to make sure that I know where to apply them. Personal development will also improve my brand as it will set clear what I am about and my skills and expertise.

That is how passion is developed, and it results in high output for the individual and the organization.
