Rapport is the most important characteristics for the coach to develop when working with a client. Rapport refers to the close and harmonious interaction between the coach and the client. It is critical because it opens up room for other good qualities of the coach to be manifested (Boysen-Rotelli, 2018) . The qualities include excellent communication and listening skills, motivational skills, integrity, empathy, self-awareness, credibility, and assessment knowledge. On the client side, positive outcome in the coaching process that is associated with an enhanced rapport include, the possession of excellent self-efficacy and mo tivation (Ones, Anderson, Viswesvaran & Sinangil, 2018) .
Credibility, good communication, and listening skills, ability to create a rapport, self-awareness, and integrity are some of the currently possessed characteristics. Credibility refers to the ability of the coachee to believe in the coach by being believable. Excellent communication and listening skills enable the coach to convey the content efficiently to the coachee whereas good listening skill ensures that the coach understands the needs of the coachee. The assessment also helped me to realize by possession of the ability to create a rapport. The rapport is crucial in the creation of the relationships with the coachee. Additionally, it involves being sensitive about the environment and personal emotions. As such, it enables me to understand myself and coaching style. Finally, integrity is the ability to always do the right thing even when not being watched. It is a personal conviction that supports the coaching process (Ones, Anderson, Viswesvaran & Sinangil, 2018)

However, the assessment equipped my understanding of the need to improve my motivation skill. The skills are vital in enhancing the rapport and supporting the emotions of the coached persons. Some of the approaches that I find fit to improve the motivational skill include reading motivational material, listening to motivational talks and seeking the advice of people that posses better motivational skills (Ones, Anderson, Viswesvaran & Sinangil, 2018) .
