From the drive-through in Sentinel City, it can be concluded that Whites are a majority based on the demographics from Industrial Heights, Acer Tech Center, Casper District, and Nightingale Square when compared to Hispanics and African-Americans. From the virtual tour, it is not possible to provide an accurate age of the buildings, but an estimated guess would be that the buildings appear to over 20 years as most of them seem to have structural damage. Some of them are missing windows, locks, and doors. Many of the buildings in the City have been constructed using bricks and cement blocks. The houses in the white neighborhoods (Nightingale Square) appear to more modern than those in the Hispanic and African-American neighborhoods such as Industrial Heights hence the difference in architecture. The buildings in Nightingale Square can be described as homely, more modern, and they seem to exhibit a better structural appearance than other buildings in the City. The is no affordable housing in the Nightingale Square as whites primarily occupy the community (Naomi & Pamela, 2018)

From the survey, Sentinel City seems to be fully packed with buildings and social amenities. Sentinel City can be described as both urban and suburban. It can be noted that there is lack of grass in some of the community playgrounds and also the parks. The county does not have much free space left for the construction of houses and social amenities such as schools and hospitals (Naomi & Pamela, 2018) . The quality of the space in the county is filled with concrete roads, the parking spaces and sidewalks have been made from cabro blocks which makes the space look neat. The county experiences the lack of green parks, as most of the public spaces seem to be filled with red soil. Several places, such as the basketball court and the playground, are open to the public. However, the spaces are too small, and many, at times they are crowded.

There is a clear distinction of boundaries between neighborhoods that separates the middle-class from the upper class in the county. This can be identified from the way the buildings have been constructed and the placement of social amenities. The most visible form of boundaries comes from structural buildings that differentiate the population of the county based on their economic status (Anderson, n.d). The buildings in Acer Tech Center and the Nightingale Square are different from the ones in Industrial heights as they are more modern in terms of structure while the buildings in Industrial Heights can be described as multi-unit structures as Latinos and African-Americans frequent the area. All the neighborhoods in the county have been given an identity, and they have visible signage to show the names of the towns. The most common grounds for the people in the county are the community center, the playground, and Joe’s grocery store. Many at times, the community playground is filled with children, and adults are not allowed into the grounds (Anderson, n.d). The virtual simulation has been set during the day; therefore, it is not possible to determine the specific time that people congregate.

The mode of transportation in the county is varied. People can either drive, cycle, or take a bus to their preferred place, be it the grocery store, work, or the hospital. The bus is the primary mode of transportation, as depicted in the virtual simulation. Also, many people are cycling and walking around the county to their various destinations. The transportation infrastructure in the county can be described as reasonably conducive as people, vehicles, and bicycles can move from one place to another with ease. It is not clear if there is a bike lane in the county. However, it is difficult for people with disabilities to adequately access the bus service in the county as the buses do not have a support mechanism for people on wheelchairs, thus making them inaccessible to such demographics (Anderson, n.d). In the county, there are no major highways, and it seems that the bus does not run on a regular schedule. There are also no train or light rail sections in the county. The county has several service centers such as schools, playgrounds, the community center, and the basketball court where people congregate and socialize. Facilities such as the public health department, a dental office, the hospital, and a clinic are available in the county, which is an indication that providing quality health is an issue that the county government takes seriously.

For groceries and shopping, the residents of Sentinel City have coffee shops, the Bodega’s, donut shops as well as Joe’s Grocery store. To cater to their transportation needs, the citizens of Sentinel City have access to the public transport system (buses), private cars, bicycles, and some prefer walking to driving, cycling, or taking the bus (Mock, 2017) . Many people are visible on the streets of Sentinel City, and they include school children headed to or from schools, adults going about their healthy lives, police officers maintaining law and order in the town, and construction workers. It can be assumed from the virtual tour of Sentinel City that the county is vibrant and lively as there are many people from different professions going about their daily activities in an attempt to make an honest living (Anderson, n.d). These individuals are contributing to the development and growth of the county in their capacities as doctors, teachers, construction workers, and drivers (Mock, 2017)

As I drive through the City, I will be able to provide a more in-depth analysis based on the City’s demographics and activities.
