This paper will look at three mobile organizations and also, how their WDAs (Wireless Devices and Applications) do compare about and how they vary from each other from income gathered taking into account their plan of action to their business sector quality. The organizations are Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint, who are all driving powers in the mobile industry, particularly in the United States. Each of the organizations recorded all brings their unique upgrades and steady advancements to the phone (mobile) market, and this does keep the market competition remain at its level best. A portion of the elements incorporates better procession, quicker speed in information scope, an essential quality in call/data signal and additionally the physical outline of a wireless gadget. The opposition between the three organizations can be seen by the promoting and commercial methodologies that are appeared to its customers to attempt and win throughout the following. Not just do these organizations charm its clients with notice, however, knowing they can and will offer lower information bundles, informing and calling is the means by which each of the organizations produces income based on their plan of action(Segan, Sascha 2012).

For instance, if you happen to go shopping at a Wall-Mart, visit the restaurant for some meal, or maybe for pump gas at a service station, have you ever wondered how that business works? In our ordinary life, we use organizations so as to be able to conduct our everyday tasks. Just to imagine your nearby supermarket closed due to bankruptcy, what might happen? That is the reason some procedures help supervisors run an efficient organization, for example, AT&T; Verizon and Sprint. These companies have made business associations with different firms, which have permitted them to be conscious of cutting off the edge of technology and innovation in the remote telephone industry, for example, IBM, and Apple, Microsoft, and so on. Coupling with these organizations has permitted AT&T, Sprint and Verizon to be among the main organizations to offer such a telephone as I phone, Windows and Android Mobile, (Stephen, R. 2009).

The mobile industry has been one on a kind enterprise that came with a boom due to the thirst of humankind to communicate much more easily through accurate and reliable means. However like any other technology related industry, some challenges come with it, this has been the reason why big companies like ATT Wireless, Verizon, and Sprint must first do an experiment with many of the available business models so that they can have a hope of making a profit in the mobile industry. Due to the competitive environment in this industry, the companies have been forced to embrace a WDA model that encompasses up to date technology, network, applications, and services. There has also been some disparity seen in these big players in the industry while Sprint has been seen to stick to its LTE model to expand its 4G model, AT&T and Verizon have been holding 4G business model, (Rogers, H. 2012).

First in the line of companies is AT&T Wireless, this company tops the telecommunications industry provider in the US, success in the US market has been due to a large number of wireless subscribers, these services have been sold to various customers who use it for downloading and browsing the internet. AT%T is to be the only telecom provider in the industry to provide clients connection anywhere. It tends to provide competitive pricing to the very many services that it provides to its users which include internet connection up to family units, this will attract very many customers due to microcomputers and mobile phones which are now mostly used at homes. This company has also been on the move to ensure that its Geographical coverage is vast to cover as many people as possible to outdo their competitors in the market; this is basically because customers are the backbone of every business that wishes to run successfully. They also allow portability and maintain the industry practice of 2- year contract commitments, (Rogers, H. 2012).

Field of technology has not been left behind by AT&T Wireless in a move to be on the forefront in providing high speed and also quality communications, merging of two companies which were also in the wireless industry to form AT%T was a significant achievement of AT&T, other developments also came later, this included setting up broad spectrum, they were now able to influence amount generated towards improving data services. The EDGE network has been used in various markets and HSDPA technology is 30% used throughout its market, (Segan, Sascha 2012).

AT&T also intends to move and have an excellent impact in every area that they provided their services; it has been a great experience as the majority of those using this service are into a business that will upgrade to EDGE or HSPA.

The second in the line of telecommunication industry is Verizon Communications, after operating in the market for quite some time, Verizon is now rated as one of the high performance in the field of communication, it provides the benefits of communication through speed internet data and internet access, and this has been possible through national scale in landline and wireless networks. The company was formed in the year 2000 after two great players GTE and Bell Atlantic came together, after the unity of these two companies Verizon has grown from time to time hence ending up being listed with big telecommunication businesses in the US. It operates in four major areas: Domestic Wireless and other three sectors that provide wireless services, (Rogers, H. 2012).

Verizon later on came to make a partnership with Lucent Technologies in a move to offer high speed internet and also wireless technology, this was also intended to cover mobile web services, this would be a success in Verizon because it would double its existing voice capacity. In the US market Verizon is the leading of communication services, Verizon Wireless has also been widespread in providing voice data services in the vast market where communication industry has now be performing well with significant support from the various industries which majorly would not do without communications. End-to-end Internet protocol famously known as IP networks is one of the successes in the wireless business together with others such as network access, product and services and long distance communications, (Rogers, H. 2012).

In business, there will always be time when it performs very well and bringing great profits, while at some point it is also likely that you will experience downfall, after Verizon excellent performance and trend of success, it later faced some challenges which were as a result of changes in economy that did not favor them, after they were faced with this problem they had to think of a move that will keep them relevant in the market, they came up with strategies on how they would invest in broadband and wireless. The partnership was made in a bid to prepare them for future profits through uniting with other companies that they shared ideas; they also took significant actions to improve the cost structure. To improve on their revenue, Verizon Communications are now working extra hard to catch more market in the ever increasing subscribers in this industry, (Segan, Sascha 2012).

Verizon Communications has been on the move to come up with creative ways of reaching new customer base such as video services. These efforts were a move by the company in order to try beat their competitors in the field of technology was one open way to outdo them as there had been great changes in technology from time to time for various years hence using up to date technology would make the company be on the upper hand when it comes to customer base and the vast market of telecommunication subscribers, (Caraviello David, 2011).

The third in line of telecom industry is Sprint, generally in business, the entrepreneur will come up with a new product and hope to do well in the market with time, however basically what usually decides the performance of the business are customers, the more the customer the higher the returns and also the vice-versa is true, the small number the customers the lower the returns. Sprint has been experiencing moderate customer growth which has crippled their growth hence disabling them from competing with their competitors such as Verizon and AT%T, worsening their situation is that, in the latest survey they also noticed that they were losing more customers than their new clients, this stunted growth in the customer base could have been contributed by a number of things. However, the primary cause was thought to be the pricing wars; this was because Sprint had played their role as any other organization by satisfying their customers and changing their technology as soon as new technology came into the market. They had also revolutionized the next step in global technology by being the first company to provide 4G to their customer base, (Segan, Sascha 2012).

Sprint has also been on the forefront in providing wireless communications services to business and government users, consumers and US Virgin Islands as they are considered to be of value to the company as they play a vital role in communication in their various industries. A critical customer is defined as one who has a significant impact on product design, sales, and future growth opportunities. In 2005 after merge of two key players in the telecommunication industry Sprint Corporation and Next to Corporation, Sprint was formed. Both companies had been performing well in the industry. Just like any other kind of business their essential stakeholder are its employees, investors, and suppliers. According to the now modern setting of business, the community and trade associations are also key stakeholders in that they usually are the external environment hence being a contributing factor in the development of the companies’, (Mider, Zachary R. 2013).

Sprint has however achieved a number of success in the telecommunication industry brought about by the external stakeholders who have been on the frontline to support the company in terms of finances and also providing market structure, this include Non-Governmental Organizations who have played vital role in seeing that the company has experienced growth, this has been made possible through their experience on various issues that include green electronics. Sprint now also thought of how they could manage to be the top of the game in the telecommunication industry by coming up with a unique touch that will also be of value to them through the ever increasing number of customers from various industry which complement communication in order for them to run their businesses, so they came up with integrated mobile advertising and maintenance of equipment, (Stephen, R. 2009).

In conclusion, the WDA business models used by Sprint, Verizon, and ATT Wireless are the basis for becoming top of the industry in a field that is very competitive, use of up to date technology is a success in the telecommunication industry due to its reliability and high speed in communication. The WDA model is seen to be consistent across the sector, as it is used by all competitors in a bid to provide quality services, therefore, all the companies should start using similar strategies so as to make the competition industry fruitful always, (Rogers, H. 2012).
