Therefore, the certification experience obtained by undertaking the course will teach me mediation and creative problem-solving tactics and designing conflict management systems for organizations. Getting the certification will also teach me about arbitration, which is very crucial in solving employment disputes faced by businesses.

Being a qualified corporate lawyer will make it possible to work with innovative firms across the globe. The learned skills will also make it possible to observe governmental policies on dispute resolutions that affect organizations. Besides considering working as a corporate lawyer in the future, the conflict management skills learned will come in handy towards the betterment of a business I intend to open this fall of 2020.
