In 1970, the Americans were facing some insecurity where young men were murdered in the wilds of Vietnam. Due to the crisis, the American economy declined, and it resulted in the resignation of the current president by then. As such, due to the changes in the election, President Ronald Reagan was elected ( Stockman, 2013) . Despite Reagan being a conservative republican, he failed during the democratic incumbent, which resulted in the revolution. Moreover, the revolution involved the gradual changes in American politics, economic status, and the community that took part in the Reagan administrative between 1980 and 1989. Reagan revolution was, in fact, conservative republican. For instance, Reagan emphasized on the tax cuts, increased defense expenditure, deregulation, and put more power in military and entreaties to family ethics and conventional Judeo-Christian molarity. The Reagan revolution was effectual. For instance, there was a decline in the nominal rate on wealth, and the tax deductions were eradicated. On the other hand, the tax rate on low-income earners was increased.

As such, every individual is obligated to the right of life and to assign property at one's own income in the open market. Secondly, tradition and order is another conservative. As such, a man is believed to have a firm society that respects the rights and rebel the evil acts and deeds. The other attribute is the rule of law. Every individual is obligated to know the legal system so as not too diverse, the set rules and regulations ( Frohnen, Beer, & Jeffrey, 2014). Moreover, the belief in God is perceived as a crucial conservative. In this situation, everyone is believed to have religious values such as justice, fairness, charity, and much more. Notably, there has been a significant connection between employee unions and socialism. In essence, through the socialist parties, trust, and righteousness are not only evident within the system but also inside the working environment. As such, the expansion of the treats revolved within the whole society ( Stacey, 2017) . In addition to that, the connections had several impacts, such as the unions were to defend the employee's interests by fighting the state once it intervenes on the employers' side. Another impact is that unions’ inclines to increase worker's compensation and heads less uneven share of compensation in the firms. For instance, the kind of work that is assigned to a worker will tend not to fall below the earning rate of the worker. That said, some of the benefits gained from employment union activities were fairly perceived as socialism.

Socialism did not have greater takes in America. In America, the federalism had more powers than any other factor. As such, federalism was explained in two ways where the states were several and their uniqueness, thus the strong movement in one will be difficult to reach the others ( Goodman et al., 2019) . Moreover, since the national government was small and did not include in conceive policies, they were slight in legalizing the socialist critique. Currently, there are two political parties in the United States, the Democratic Party, and the Republican Party. As such, the two parties have cross movements towards socialism. For instance, they have competition over the control of the presidency, congress, and the state. Furthermore, the republican is involved with social conservative policies, though it lacks dissenting centrists and libertarian parties. In essence, the social conservatives need rules and regulations traditional values such as same-sex marriage and abortion.
