One of the challenges that will be experienced when working under the constraint will be the challenge of teamwork. It will be difficult to work closely with the personnel in the division because of the closed communication. Additionally, there will be the challenge of effective decision making. The constraint limits people to communicate and thus, share ideas, which reduces the quality of the decisions made.
