Mr. Dean’s development of management skills
He developed his skills from his upbringing

Firstborn – cared for his siblings
His personality
He was trained well in school
Three management skills of Mr. Dean
Goal-oriented – he is proactive and hands-on and therefore often ready to develop and work on workplace related goals
Team player – extremely social and love engaging with others and therefore works well with teams and gives everyone sufficient platform to thrive
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Sensitive and concerned – can identify an employee in distress and help where possible ( Cherry, 2019)
Development of the above skills in my life
Goal-oriented – education
Team-player – training
Sensitivity and concern – experience ( (Tan, n.d.)
Disadvantages of these traits
Favoritism may develop for individuals with similar management traits
Excessive sociability may translate to being casual with employees which may interfere with effective leadership
Sociability means caring about what others think of personal traits like interactions with others which affects judgment in management ( Farrell, 2017)
Utilization of the identified skills in my experiences
I have observed goal-orientation from my older siblings as they share with me how they have achieved various goals in their lives and how they keep focus on them
I have experiences team-players in various instructors especially in class as they use group activities often as a form of teaching
Sensitivity and concern is always exhibited by my parents towards me and my siblings
