Laloux argues that conditions must be availed for establishing a new organization or transformation of a declining organization. According to Laloux (2014), there are only two necessary conditions that can ensure the change of an organization. These conditions include ownership of the organization and its top leadership. The organization's top leadership plays a vital role in integrating worldview and psychological development, consistent with its development level. On the other hand, ownership of the organization plays an essential role in motivating the organization by understanding and embracing its values. The owners have the responsibility of ensuring every activity within the organization is under control. Other conditions that matter in an organization include the sector of activity, cultural backgrounds, geography and an organization's practices and principles.

There are essential similarities found between the concepts addressed by Armstrong and Laloux. For instance, Armstrong discusses the significance of an organization in a company. There must always be the management of an organization that dictates the critical questions of the organization's happenings, especially the HR practitioners who play a crucial role in the business activities' smoothing running. Similarly, Laloux discusses the significance of ownership and top leadership to influence the productivity of the organization. Armstrong and Laloux agree that all stakeholders in an organization need to be united and motivated toward the same goal. Each person in an organization has an important role to play, and such functions can only be realized when there are good relations and interactions among the people. Armstrong and Laloux both appreciate the need for cooperation and motivation in an organization.
