Though Sawyer (2012) holds that creative people have minimal knowledge of an organizational domain, a leader should comprehend a firm’s performance history. Creativity refers to non-restrictive expression in children through artwork. Children have the ability to create pictures or songs based on their experiences and emotions. The experience of children during their early life stage enhances their creativity advancement. Creativity enables children to express and tolerate or withstand their emotions. Creativity assists in understanding what occupies the brain of children (InfoBase, 2014). Creativity enables children to solve conflicts or problems they experience collectively in their playing field. As children’s brain progress, they develop various notions of how people consider their actions within their environment.
Regarding formal education, I suppose children have a high chance of advancing their creativity in extra-curriculum activities such as sports, dance, and art exhibitions (painting). Various nations have faculty of art at the different educational levels to help improve the creativity of children. The educational exhibition enables children to demonstrate their creative artwork resulting from personal expression and experience. For instance, children can express their concerns in regards to the vice within their society like corruption, deforestation and their consequences to the community members. Consequently, formal education promotes the advancement of children’s creativity at different stages of life.
Children have different types of plays that enable them to develop and improve their problem solving and leadership skills. The gameplay enables children to have great brain advancement. Considering modern talents, formal education enables teachers or educators to recommend children to attend the appropriate academy to enhance their talents (Csikszentmihalyi, 2014). For example, for children who have talent in football games, effective coaching at an early stage may enable children to achieve a better life. Watching cartoon programs and playing video assist in advancing brain development of children. Consequently, effective nurturing creativity assists children to achieve aspirations.
