Prior to the merger that led to the new company RPZ marketing, Genaflek overall was a cost-effective company with a long-standing client list. It had been established for thirty years with good clients that trust us thus building a long-lasting relation. It formed the foundation of our current company since without the confidence of our clients we could be such competition in the market. Changing the needs of the clients into an action plan drove the share for our customer's products and services. Genaflex Company was in a position to add value along with the ancient marketing industry for our clients that other related firms could not do.
When faced with the susceptibility in relation to inadequate knowledge of social media marketing, the most important factor which I addressed was our esteemed customers. We had to ensure and make them feel that merging our company will not change our business relation. This is because our customers are the main reason why we are here. I also had to address the benefits which will be associated with RPZ Marketing (Dabbah & QC, 2012). We are a firm which cares about our clients, therefore, any decision we make we look for a solution which will be beneficial to all. RPZ will reveal our suppleness in the current business environment where a new insight into the market is given.

I had assumptions, guesses, and predictions which I made about our customers where I predicted an uneasiness, questions on how the resources we offered would impact on their firm. I also had to confirm if the cost will be changed and what will be altered if they continue to be our clients. I also assume that RPZ Marketing will combine our logics and marketing knowledge together to get new global markets that have not being stroked before (Dabbah & QC, 2012) . I was uncertain at first about the outcome but after careful thoughts, I only see a positive outcome. I have confidence that my team will be in a position to address concerns affecting our customers.
I had alternative approaches where I considered hiring marketing specialized which would educate Genaflak in social logics. I had also considered having Regina's team joining our firm. Getting outside resources will be of benefit because I will gain insight into the emerging trends which the customers find comfortable. Regina’s team is established and has the required skills on how Genaflak runs its firm (Dabbah & QC, 2012) . However, I choose not o get external sources since I have no trust in how they will lead my firm. Trying to gain Regina's organization will be a needless battle and eventually burn bridges.
I presented the decision to sell Genaflek Marketing to my board of directors as an opportunity which will take Genafleck to higher heights. The decision to merge was an easy sell since each organization has people who are skilled and they complement each other. Both organizations would come up with a team which posses' skills that could not have been attained separately. It was good for us o merge with a firm we trust, who acknowledges our value and can give what our clients are looking for. The merger came up with a firm which cans easily act or react to marketing changes at every level where climate change is dynamic (Zikmund, Carr, Babin & Griffin,2013) . I explained to the entire team that together we can be a strong and positive source for our customers.
