The culture of an organization is defined as the behavior patterns and standards that define the group. Culture and productivity are very closely intertwined, towards the success of the business. Productivity involves the provision of goods and services by the firm, at lower costs of production. The government should establish institutions that research and teach about the humanities as a course that foster and develop healthy cultural habits in the community. Educational institutions are important in teaching new generations on the aspect of culture and its significance in the community (Coleman, 2013). It is through educational establishments that people get to learn and understand their culture, means of integrating new culture, hence appreciating the culture of the community. The government should ensure the education institutions are well equipped for the teaching and transfer of important cultural traits.
