Implementing a curriculum in a school is more about organizing how children will learn in a school as it involves teaching goals that teachers must accomplish, and develop in a certain way that favors both teachers and the children. For the educators to do this, they should first implement strategies for the entire curriculum like developing learning targets. According to Ward et al. (2018), through modules, teachers will correctly translate the learning targets. It is because, with these learning targets, students will benefit as they will result in several outcomes like values, interest, behavior, skills, and knowledge.
Including cultural diversity in a curriculum is a way of contributing to learning amongst children. A curriculum with culture reflects on language diversity, culture, and religious diversity in society. Relatively, at the school level, it focuses on ensuring that children learn without any discrimination (Ward et al., 2018). The freedom gives them the right to explore the different cultures thus changing their perspectives regarding different regions. Also, they can compare or relate the knowledge they acquire from other cultures to their own.

Tailoring instructions to meet particular needs is the meaning of differentiation as it is the effort that the teacher applies to determine and respond to different variations that exist amongst learners. However, in most cases, the teachers tend to reach out to their students in classroom levels to compare their teaching (Hatch et al., 2018). By doing this, he or she will be able to create a unique learning experience hence differentiating instructions. Daily, at least four classrooms practice differentiation elements, which include the content, process, products and learning environment.
Tiered intervention in classrooms is an approach a teacher uses to support students with needs. Educators require identifying the children's disabilities as early as possible to implement the strategy. They can either be learning needs or behavioral needs. However, for the process of determining the student's disabilities to begin, it must start with the general screening of all children in the classroom plus the provision of high-quality instructions (Ward et al., 2018). Also, a joint intervention that tutors offer to the learners who are still struggling should be of high intensity to speed up their rates of learning. Teachers and other education specialists have a mandate or somewhat responsible for taking part in these actions.
Technology-enhanced instructions in a classroom increase the level of participation amongst children thus easing learning. Hatch et al. (2018) state that technological materials like computers, the internet, and interactive whiteboards can support children throughout their learning processes. When teachers incorporate the technologies into instructions, they provide the students with learning materials and also support learning as per the curriculum. For example, educators can use some computer programs to manage their lessons by assessing, and assigning students with different learning materials. Therefore, with technology-enhanced instructions, teachers can make learning effective throughout the curriculum which later develops interest and experience of learners.
Mission and vision give the entire perception of the school and also guides the activities of both teachers and students either be right at the moment or in the future. Mission and vision guide the educators on how to manage the school, hence they should accomplish this by improving their educational efforts (Hatch et al., 2018). Also, it explains to other stakeholders what the schools are going to offer in the long run. Because of this, teachers be ambitious, which gives them an educational purpose, hence using their abilities to enhance their personal growth and guiding learners.
In conclusion, implementation of a curriculum can be more successful if all school administrators implement the elements in the discussion. It is because the factors give educators a guide on things they should apply and what they require to ensure students understand their lessons. Therefore, when the educators accomplish all the elements, all learners, healthy or disabled, will be able to learn, acquire knowledge, skills, interest, and experience.
