How I Plan to Welcome Students into My classroom
I will welcome students into my classroom by having a good arrangement. In this case, I will arrange the class with the traditional rows and columns configuration mode with decorations and artwork on the walls including a banner displaying calligraphy of a welcoming note as recommended by Furrer, Skinner, and Pitzer in 2014. Moreover, I will organize for simple brain games and freedom to share relevant experiences to make the class more active and have the students relax and familiarize with each other.

To create a learning environment with positive reinforcement, I will ensure the students are knowledgeable of the rules and regulations that guide the general conduct of the class. I will accommodate each student’s needs by developing a student-learning system or mindset that allows closeness, which prompts the sharing of requirements that ought to be handled.
