Introduction
Training is a process of transforming some inputs into outputs in the form of skills, attitudes, and knowledge ( Meichenbaum & Goodman, 2011 ). There are different methods of training. Each method has specific advantages and disadvantages. Before the training begins one must set goals, promote training schedule and prepare material space and people. One of the best models to choose from is the System Model Training ( Meichenbaum & Goodman, 2011 ). The system Model consists of five stages which must regularly be repeated to make further improvements. The aim of the training by this model is to help the employees to perform their work to the expected standards.
Designing and Developing Training
The first step is analysis and identification. At this level, the training needs are analyzed based on the departmental activities, employee requirement, what is needed to be learned and cost estimation. The second stage is designing. At this level it involves developing objectives of training, identifying the learning steps, and finally, structuring the content ( Fraser & Galinsky, 2010 ). The third step is developing. It requires listing all activities that assist the participants to learn, selecting delivery methods, and validating information to ensure that it accomplishes its goals. The fourth step is implementation. At this stage, one must be careful not to make a wrong choice for the sake of the whole training program. The last level is the evaluation. Evaluation requires one to check every phase of the model if it has achieved its aims regarding subsequent work performance ( Fraser & Galinsky, 2010 ). The system model is one of the best models when developing training. It is five-stage procedure to success is efficient and ensures that every step has achieved its goals and therefore, becoming a better and more prosperous model of training ( El-Khattam et al., 2015 ).

Outline of a Training Plan
We have five distinct processes that I intent to include in my training plan namely;

Instructional Analysis

Training process
Training Curriculum
Introduction will help each and everyone to be acquainted and have basic knowledge on what the project intents to do. Then requirement traceability will be done to form the basis of the training plan authenticity. An instructional analysis will be done using instructional methods to align all the training process as per the training curriculum. The curriculum should have a framework that may lead to successful development and training plan.
Conclusion
Designing and development training plan using a System Model Training that has five distinct processes. These stages include analysis and identification, designing, developing, implementation and evaluation. Each and every outline of a training plan has to follow the five stages for effectiveness and efficient end results.
