A quick reference sheet is a document that has summarized information about a certain topic such as short notes of mathematical formulas, rules of grammar, or procedure for an application program. The quick reference sheet serves as an effective document that enables work performance in a much faster and easier way (Inc, 2016). It concisely provides certain required information within a small space for quick reference that is easy to use and read (Behavior Analyst Certification Board, 2014). In terms of ethics, it contributes to the body of knowledge, evolution of profession, and growth of an individual through expanding knowledge and skills for the organization's development. It is ethical to refer to information in the quick reference sheet than to make a mistake when instituting treatment, or teaching a new program.

Behavior support plan entails a program that is meant to help someone change old irritating behaviors and build on positive actions that are important to their life. Crone et al., (2015) asserted that the plan is achieved through teaching programs, increasing positive relationships, proper communication, or through clinical interventions. The things to do when developing a behavior support plan include identifying information needed, developing strategies to use, description and replacement of behaviors, and use of preventive consequence strategies to avoid relapse of the old behavior (Crone et al., 2015 and Behavior Analyst Certification Board, 2014). Still, one would build behavior support team, plan the strategy, assess behavior, develop hypothesis to implement support and plan development while monitoring the outcomes.

I will discuss the treatment options with the client when he shows the sign or willingness to change upon informing him about the need and importance of change. When the client responds positively, I will introduce several treatment options that he will use to help him overcome his old habits. My communication with the client will be casual and friendly to ensure healthy discussion that will lead to change. I will then evaluate the client’s choices to determine if they will help him change. If found feasible, I will discuss with him the ways to combine both strategies in the client's support system, to help him recover from his old habits. I will borrow his ideas and suggestions and try to implement both ways to realize a complete change.
