Hence, the Augusta would realize increased benefits when Neighbor to Family delivers additional services to the residents of the area.

Part 3d

From what I have learned after gathering the information, I would recommend certain changes to the policies, procedures, programs, or services that the Neighbor to Family offers. For instance, the agency should focus on programs that target parents of neglected and abused children by offering them with counselling services and means of earning a living. Most children subject to neglect and abuse come from unstable families, mostly due to financial instability and low education levels. Addressing these matters would ensure that the services that Neighbor to Family delivers to Augusta are more efficient.

To affirm to the needs that the community statistics evidence, Neighbor to Family to family specializes in the provision of prevention and diversion services as well as safety management services. Regarding the former, Neighbor to Family focuses on placing neglected and abused children in foster care. The major goal in this case is to preserve unity in families and promoting the wellbeing and safety of kids and their families. The latter emphasizes on mitigating the prevailing and imminent dangers by making sure to restore the families experiencing crisis to acceptable functioning levels and boost the safety of children while at the same time avoiding unnecessary child placement out of home (Neighbortofamily, 2019) . The services provided make allow kids to minimize stress, build resiliency, and boost positive thinking for the overall wellbeing of the entire family.
