Disseminating evidence-based practice can take place in diverse forms within the organization. Additionally, it should act as an important part of the entire planning process. Some of the available dissemination strategies include manuscripts, posters, conferences, lectures, online media, journal clubs, and inter- and intradepartmental in-services ( Brownson, Colditz, & Proctor, 2018) . Two of the most effective dissemination approaches are online media and conferences. However, I would incline to use conferences to disseminate the results of the evidence-based practice because of the level of professionalism required in clinical practice. Online media would not target the clinical environment because the information tends to reach an otherwise uninterested group. Although conferences are preferred more than online media, I believe that its weakness relates to the scale of its reach; that is, conferences tend to address a limited population group. As a result, there is a need for several conference calls to ensure that evidence-based practice reaches the required number of people, experts, or organizations.
Dissemination of evidence-based practice has numerous challenges. Amongst the outlined challenges are two important issues: barriers to sufficient resource allocation and poor organizational culture in supporting evidence-based practice ( White, Dudley-Brown, & Terhaar, 2016) . An example of a barrier to sufficient allocation of resources for dissemination is the reluctance of project sponsors to continue funding the project after the research project had found solutions to the clinical issue. Often, project sponsors terminate their funding after the initial investment meant to support the research process. One way of addressing the issue of barriers to the adequate allocation of resource for dissemination activities should be comprehensive planning of the budget to cover the phases that follow research findings. Funds should be allocated in the budget to cater to EBP implementation and dissemination.
